Going Rendezvous

If you’re looking for some cool tunes, relaxing music and a little different grove, then maybe you should do a little Rendezvous.

Rendezvous is marked as a band with an electropop genre. But then, there’s always this enthusiasm for the members to create a different music, different in the sense that their music can be labeled as “unique” and “refreshing”.

Now let me define “unique” and “refreshing” based on my musical standards. For me both terms suggest listening to music with unique tunes and refreshing mix of sound, and I must say Rendezvous doesn’t fail to meet both standards. Listen to Rendezvous and you will know what I mean.

Rendezvous as Musicians

Rendezvous is composed of two dedicated musicians: Itai Simon and Hagai Izenberg, both in a quest to offer something which separates them from the other stereotypical electronica bands. When you listen to Rendezvous, you always listen to another electro pop band. It’s not the typical mainstream electro pop that you’ve always listened to at home. Rendezvous is different, in a very special way. Listen to their music and you’ll understand why.

More Music

“No Man’s Land” is one of Rendezvous’ collections which express a little nostalgia yet there’s still this playful tune when you get to hear it. The music is basically more on creating a playful atmosphere, lively yet mysterious.  Another song entitled “So What” is definitely another classical grove for you to relax and enjoy the experimental atmosphere.

Experimentation is the term to describe Rendezvous’ development of musical career. Itai and Hagai enjoyed exploring different grooves and musical influences only to discover the true uniqueness of their music. Well, what more can I say? These guys are just breaking the normal impression of the band’s genre.

On their New Album

And now, we’re looking forward to hear the band’s new album. Yes, it’s not just another stereotypical electronica influenced album because both musicians are working hard to provide a unique impression to the genre, making them stand out among all the other mainstream electro pop bands. And another important news- (for those who love Depeche Mode) Rendezvous is collaborating with Depeche Mode’s producer and mixer, Dave Dascombe, making you and me look forward to hear what this band can offer. Break the silence and let’s try Rendezvous!
